We do not accept returns on our items as most of our shop items are custom made. However if you have a issue with your order, or your order has arrived damaged please get in touch. We allow returns of course on goods damaged in transport.

Yes all our tents include free heaters in winter between Sept to March.
IMPORTANT For tents to be heated your tent must not be more than 15 metres away from a direct mains socket as our heaters must go straight into a mains socket and not via extension cable. You are welcome to use your own heaters at your own risk.
All delivery & collection slots are allocated 3-5days prior to your hire date, we normally do the delivery route schedule on a Tuesday before your hire date.
Delivery/collection slots run: 10am-12pm | 12pm-2pm | 2pm -4pm | 4pm -6pm |5pm-7pm we always try to collect a similar time to delivery if possible, however this is subject to our schedule.
All party tents are almost always set up before 5pm.
Our party tents can be set up on patio, decking, or artificial grass. Please note that secure anchoring is required for all installations to ensure safety.
Patio & Decking
In most cases, we will need to drill a small 8mm screw hole into a surrounding solid structure, such as mortar or a fence, to safely anchor the tent.
This is standard procedure, and around 90% of our customers have their tents set up on patio areas.
If you have any concerns, please contact us before booking and send a photo of your setup area. We will advise how we plan to anchor your tent.
Artificial Grass
When setting up on artificial grass, we do not use ground anchors to avoid damaging the surface. Instead, we will need to drill a small 8mm screw hole into a surrounding solid area (such as fencing or mortar) to ensure the tent is safely secured.

We pressure wash our event flooring once installed so we do need water access. we can connect to either a indoor or outdoor tap

yes sound system on stand is included with all party tents! This comes with karaoke mic too. You can connect via bluetooth so have a playlist ready! you can create a playlist on spotify.
Yes upon delivery we require a utility bill for proof of delivery address for insurance purposes and photo identification to show who is hiring the equipment.
Your operator will need to see this after installation on the day of hire.

No you don’t need an outside socket as we provide various lengths of weatherproof extension leads up to 25m that can go through a window to plug in inside.
However because they’re made from thick cable you wont be able to close your window fully, however at night you can unplug , close your window and put the plug inside the tent.

Please have cars already moved off the drive so we can park the van for easy access
Please clear any pet mess up prior to arrival
Please move any items obstructing set up area such as children's toys, sand pits, patio furniture, plant pots ect
Please know how you wish to pay and have payment with identification documents ready for after installation, we can not leave site with out this.
Please Have any bins moved away from access area

Yes we take a £60 damages deposit on party tent hires, paid on the day of hire, this is fully refundable providing no damages done.
This must be paid in cash on arrival- so we have it available ready to give straight back to you on collection day.
