Hires run on fixed days only:

• 1-day overnight hire: Friday – Saturday

• 2-day overnight hire: Saturday – Monday

Once you have booked online, you will instantly receive an email confirmation.

On the Tuesday before your hire weekend, we finalise all delivery routes and time slots and email customers their allocated delivery/collection time on this day.

You will be allocated an estimated 2-hour delivery window between 9:00am and 4:00pm.

All tents are almost always set up by 5:00pm.

If you require your tent to be set up and ready by a specific time, please get in touch before booking your event and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Depending on the size of the tent chosen, a £50 or £75 booking deposit is required to secure your hire date.

This deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total balance on the day of hire.

On delivery, you will be given a clipboard containing your hire agreement and invoice.

The remaining balance can be paid via BACS, cash, or by using the “Pay Now” button in your booking confirmation email.

For insurance purposes, we will need to see photo ID at delivery.

If the photo ID does not show the same address as the party tent delivery address, we will also need to see a utility bill showing the delivery address.

A £60 refundable damage deposit is taken in cash at setup.

This deposit is fully refundable, provided no damage has occurred.

The damage deposit must be paid in cash so it can be returned to you immediately on collection. We no longer accept alternative methods of payment for this.

We aim to accommodate all guests where possible. Please read the following carefully before booking:

Wheelchair users:

For best accessibility, flooring must be added when hiring a party tent for wheelchair users. This provides a safer, firmer, and more level surface.

Epilepsy:

Unfortunately, our tents are not suitable for guests with epilepsy and should not be used if epilepsy is a concern.

Pregnancy:

If the tent is being used by someone who is pregnant, we strongly advise that they consult their doctor before the event.

Other medical or accessibility needs:

If you or your guests have any medical conditions, mobility issues, or additional accessibility requirements, please contact us before booking so we can advise whether our tents are suitable.

Safety is our priority, and advance notice helps us ensure the best possible setup for your event.

We can make minor adjustments to suit the needs of disabled guests such as..

• Altering lighting options
• Creating walkways with our rola trac flooring to make tents more accessible for wheelchair users
• Allowing more space within the tent
• Moving the tent to a safer area

Our party tents are heavy-duty aluminium structures with thick zip-up sides all the way around, paired with our click-together flooring and heating. We hire all year round, and our tents are built to withstand typical UK weather conditions.

In the event of extreme weather, particularly high wind speeds, safety is our priority. If we need to cancel your hire due to unsafe conditions, we will of course refund your booking deposit or offer to move your booking to an alternative date, subject to availability.

Flooring is an optional extra for tents set up on artificial grass, concrete, patio, or decking.

For grass, muddy ground, or gravel, our Rola-Trac flooring must be added for safety and stability.

We also strongly recommend adding flooring if:

• The ground is uneven
  
• Bad weather or rain is forecast
  
• You want to stay off cold or wet ground
  
• You are hiring UV lighting, as flooring helps darken the tent and improves the blackout effect by reflecting less light
  

Without flooring, rain can seep into the tent from the sides on uneven or soft ground. Flooring helps prevent this and provides a drier, safer, and more comfortable space for your event.

If you are a business hosting a event and you would like a 1 day hire or you need a late night pick up, or you would like different uv decor in the tent we can try to accommodate as best we can.

We can offer -

1 day hire subject to availability ( however we are closed Sundays)

Late night pick up - +£50 out of hours surcharge

Different uv decor in the tent- we have lets party uv giant theme backdrops, stretch uv webbing decor, we have these in stock. If you would prefer custom uv decor such as your logo or brand printing in uv on tapestry this needs to be ordered in advance ready for your hire we can also offer this.

Corporate events must make sure payment is cleared for all equipment hire 48hrs prior to the event.

We will need photo identification for the event organiser and you will need to sign our hire agreement.

All electrics go into standard socket - extension cable. We will need at least 2 sockets.

We will need access to water.

Please send a 360 video or photos of the Set up area we can check anchor points for the tent in advance.

We can give you a specific time slot for delivery - you can discuss this with us prior to booking
