Orders & Payments

1. How can I check my order status?

Log into your account and go to “Order History” to view the status.

2. Is my payment information secure?

We use encryption technology to keep your payment details safe.

3. Will I receive a confirmation email after payment?

Yes, you will receive an order confirmation email once payment is successful.

4. Can I modify my shop order?

Once an order is submitted, it cannot be directly changed. HoweverPlease contact customer support for assistance.

5. Can i Change my party tent Booking?

Yes if you want to swap to a different tent uv theme or different size tent please message us.

Shipping

1. How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business on ready stocked items or 3-5 days on made to order items.

2. How can I track my shipment?

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.

3. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship internationally to selected countries including United States, Canada Australia, Uk.

4. What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary based on location and shipping method; details are available at checkout.

5. Can I change my shipping address?

Contact customer support as soon as possible if you need to update your shipping address.

Returns

1. What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns on our items as most of our shop items are custom made. However if you have a issue with your order, or your order has arrived damaged please get in touch. We allow returns of course on goods damaged in transport.

2. How do I initiate a return?

Discuss a return and we will provide you with instructions. Please allow 24-48hrs for a response.

3. Will I get a full refund?

Refunds are processed for the product price, excluding shipping costs.

Party Tent hire FAQS

1. Do you cover my area?

We cover on average 50 miles from Tf2 for party tent hires-  Please use the postcode checker on our website to check the fuel charge for your area

 if you can't see your postcode on our coverage areas (postcode checker) via our website please contact we can sometimes still cover your area.

2. Are party tents heated?

Yes all our tents include free heaters in winter between Sept to March.

IMPORTANT For tents to be heated your tent must not be more than 15 metres away from a direct mains socket as our heaters must go straight into a mains socket and not via extension cable. You are welcome to use your own heaters at your own risk.

3. I have booked my hire when will you allocate a delivery & collection time slot?

All delivery & collection slots are allocated 3-5days prior to your hire date, we normally do the delivery route schedule on a Tuesday before your hire date.

Delivery/collection slots run: 10am-12pm | 12pm-2pm | 2pm -4pm | 4pm -6pm |5pm-7pm we always try to collect a similar time to delivery if possible, however this is subject to our schedule.

All party tents are almost always set up before 5pm.

4. Can the equipment go on artificial grass / decking or patio?

Our party tents can be set up on patio, decking, or artificial grass. Please note that secure anchoring is required for all installations to ensure safety.

Patio & Decking

In most cases, we will need to drill a small 8mm screw hole into a surrounding solid structure, such as mortar or a fence, to safely anchor the tent.

This is standard procedure, and around 90% of our customers have their tents set up on patio areas.

If you have any concerns, please contact us before booking and send a photo of your setup area. We will advise how we plan to anchor your tent.

Artificial Grass

When setting up on artificial grass, we do not use ground anchors to avoid damaging the surface. Instead, we will need to drill a small 8mm screw hole into a surrounding solid area (such as fencing or mortar) to ensure the tent is safely secured.

To confirm suitability, please send a 360° photo or short video of your setup area before booking to:

on arrival we discuss with you how any tents will be anchored before any work is carried out.

5. Do i need a outside tap?

We pressure wash our event flooring once installed so we do need water access. we can connect to either a indoor or outdoor tap

6. I would like to book a party tent! Is a sound system included in the party tent price?

yes sound system on stand is included with all party tents! This comes with karaoke mic too. You can connect via bluetooth so have a playlist ready! you can create a playlist on spotify.

7. Do i need to provide any documents for my hire?

Yes upon delivery we require a utility bill for proof of  delivery address for insurance purposes and photo identification to show who is hiring the equipment.

Your  operator will need to see this after installation on the day of hire.

8. I cant see my postcode on your website postcode checker, but i want to book a party tent, can you help?

9. Do i need a outside socket?

No you don’t need an outside socket as we provide various lengths of weatherproof extension leads up to 25m that can go through a window to plug in inside.

However because they’re made from thick cable you wont be able to close your window fully, however at night you can unplug , close your window and put the plug inside the tent.

10. I would like to book a party tent, can you tell me how many guests the party tents hold?

Yes.

Estimated guest capacity - Not everyone  seated.

This is a mix of seated & standing

3x4.5m- 15-20 guests

3x6m- 25-30 guests

3x9m - 35-40 guests

6x4.5m - 35-40 guest

9x4.5m - 55-60 guests

11. You are due to arrive today, do i need to do anything?

YES..

Please have a clear access area 

Please have cars already moved off the drive so we can park the van for easy access

Please clear any pet mess up prior to arrival

Please move any items obstructing set up area such as children's toys, sand pits, patio furniture, plant pots ect

Please know how you wish to pay and have payment with identification documents ready for after installation, we can not leave site with out this.

Please Have any bins moved away from access area

The above really helps us keep on schedule and not delay any other customers awaiting installation

12. Is there a damages deposit to pay?

Yes we take a £60 damages deposit on party tent hires, paid on the day of hire, this is fully refundable providing no damages done.

This must be paid in cash on arrival- so we have it available ready to give straight back to you on collection day.

13. How long does party tent installation take?

Party tents set up time:

3x4.5m - 1.5-2hr

3x6m- 1.5-2hr

3x9m- 2- 2.5hr

6x4.5m- 2-2.5hr

9x4.5m - 2.5-3hr

Access restrictions can delay the set up time
