Once production is complete, your order will be shipped FREE via FedEx. Delivery typically takes 7–14 days, depending on your location.

📦 Customs, Duties & Import Fees

Customs duties or import charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations. If any fees are due fedex will contact you directly via email or via phone.

🔁 Returns, Replacements & Damage Policy
As each inflatable is custom made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged during transit, we will of course offer a replacement or return. We will need photographic evidence of the damage and we will initiate an investigation with the courier before processing any refunds or replacements. All items are photographed and fully checked QC before leaving the factory

Fire Safety Notice

All inflatables supplied are not fire-retardant as standard. For indoor or public events where fire safety compliance is required, a fire-retardant spray can be applied before use.

We recommend contacting FireproofSpray.co.uk for guidance on the correct product, application method, and fire safety requirements for your event. Once treated correctly, certification can be obtained from FireproofSpray.co.uk to confirm the inflatable meets fire safety standards.

When prepared and used in line with venue regulations, all inflatables meet general event safety requirements. It is the responsibility of the event organiser or hirer to ensure any required fire-retardant treatment and documentation is in place prior to the event.

CE CERTIFICATION AND COMPLIANCE

The inflatable products supplied by Lay-Z-Days Events includes an air blower which has undergone and passed all relevant Safety checks. Tested & can confirm that the product complies with applicable safety and quality standards.

While the air blower supplied with the inflatable product has been tested and has met all relevant safety requirements, Lay-Z-Days Events provides this information solely to demonstrate regulatory compliance.

Lay-Z-Days Events accepts no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of the air blower, whether caused by misuse, negligence, mishandling, failure to follow operating instructions, or any other cause.

The buyer accepts full responsibility for operating the air blower in accordance with the provided instructions and guidelines.
