Returns
As all items are custom made we do not accept refunds on our items, please purchase seriously, refunds or returns will be granted if-
There is an error on our side such as wrong size sent or a faulty item etc - however as a small business every item is fully inspected manually by us before packaging and shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, all items will be thoroughly checked upon receiving your return before any refunds are issued.
You have 14 days from receiving your uv decor items to contact us and to be eligible for return if your circumstance meets the above criteria.
Inflatable decor and star cloths must be checked within 3 days of receiving to be eligible for a replacement if faulty. where possible we may send out replacement parts if suitable to do so. Same rules applies to star cloths and there is a 12 month parts warranty on these items. Returns are not accepted if you just decide you don't want the item or you have chosen the wrong size. So Please purchase seriously. These items come from our overseas suppliers direct and are not stocked in our warehouse. However are fully checked and videoed before dispatch for quality control. Small customs charges may apply once your item passes the border. Lay-z-days are not responsible for this. However any issues please contact us we will assist you.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-14 days
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time up to 14 days before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item contact- Lay-z-days@outlook.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Unless the item is damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
