🔁 Returns, Refunds, exchanges & Warranty Policy


📦 Made-to-Order Items

The majority of our products are made to order, therefore:

  • ❌ We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind

  • Please ensure you are happy with your purchase before ordering


⚠️ Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within the timeframes below:

⏱️ Notification Timeframes

  • LED inflatables & LED star cloths: within 3 days of delivery

  • All other items: within 7 days of delivery

❗ Claims made after these timeframes will not be eligible for replacement or refund

All items are photographed and quality control checked before dispatch by our in house team.


📸 What to do:

  • Provide clear photo evidence of the damage

  • Keep all original packaging


❗ Important Condition

Items reported as faulty must be unused.

  • If items show signs of use, they will not be eligible for replacement or refund

  • The item will be returned to you


🔁 Resolution

Once approved:

  • We will arrange a return if required

  • A replacement or refund will be issued where appropriate


💡 LED Inflatables & LED Star Cloths

  • These items are made to order-  after the 3 days of receiving -

  • No returns or exchanges are accept unless under parts warranty see below

Warranty:

  • Includes a 12-month parts warranty only - return to base

If an issue occurs:

  • Item must be returned to us (return-to-base) for inspection/repair

  • If the item cannot be repaired, a replacement will be provided

  • Refunds are not available under warranty claims we will only send a replacement if the item is unrepairable.


🔌 Electrical Items Warranty

If any of our electrical items develop a fault within 12 months of purchase, we are here to help:

  • We will aim to troubleshoot the issue and provide replacement parts where necessary

  • If replacement parts are not available, the item must be returned to us for inspection/repair 


🚚 Warranty Returns

  • Returns for warranty claims are at the customer’s cost

  • Items must be returned to us (return-to-base) for assessment


🔁 Warranty Outcome

  • If the item cannot be repaired, a replacement will be provided where possible

  • Refunds are not available under warranty claims


💰 Refunds

Refunds are only applicable for items that arrive faulty or damaged and are reported within the correct timeframe:

  • LED inflatables & LED star cloths: within 3 days of delivery

  • All other products: within 7 days of delivery

Once your claim is approved and we receive item back :

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method only

  • Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed

❗ Claims made outside of these timeframes will not be eligible for a refund


📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return (if approved):

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • All original packaging must be retained

  • Returns must be approved before being sent- contact us below.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the item is faulty or damaged (within timeframe), we will cover return shipping

  • Warranty returns are at the customer’s cost


📬 Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel is lost:

  • Please allow 14 days for investigation

  • We will assist in contacting the courier

  • don't panic we will sort it!

  • We reserve the right to refuse claims outside the stated timeframes

  • Custom/made-to-order items are non-returnable unless faulty

  • Warranty covers faults only (not misuse or wear and tear)

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
