Great service , came to the rescue last minute as my sons family party for his 21st had to be cancelled due to Covid 19.
They were very helpful following social distancing and making sure we all stayed safe but also we had a enjoyable weekend .

Cannot recommend Lay-z-days Hot Tub Hire & Events enough. Due to Covid we received a thorough intro via video on how to maintain the hot tub, a detailed pack on what to do and what not to do and a basket full of everything we would need to keep the water clean and at the levels required. Super friendly and professional service also. Really enjoyed every second of my 3 day hire! Thank you for making my 7 year anniversary a memorable one.

Absolutely perfect service, i couldn’t recommend this company enough, the hot tub was perfect too thank you soooo much, a great weekend was had by all! I can fully see why you have 5 stars so here’s another 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

 

I hired the Monaco hot tub Hawaiian theme for my daughter's 10th birthday. And I must say the service we got was brilliant, response from messages the time of drop off and pick up was perfect !! The hot tub was big and lovely !! My daughter was over the moon as we're all her friends !! She was sad to see it go. My son who has ADHD and autism loved it as he didn't have to leave his "safe" place home. I would highly recommend these guys for your next event !! Nothing was to much trouble service was impeccable!! Thank you so much will be booking again soon.

 

I couldn't recommend Lay-z-days hot hire more . ...and I agree 5 stars doesn't seem enough .... the hot tub was set up and working in no time ready for us to enjoy ....which we all did immensely.... Great service ...helpful..and polite... Will definitely be using them again.... thank you ....

Fantastic service provided by these guys.

They saved the day when Shropshire-Rent-A-Spa failed to deliver on the day intended.

Within hours Lay-Z-Days were there and even returned later in the day to provide a second hose pipe to fill up quicker!

Hot Tub was ready for when I got home from work which was amazing!

We hired the UV package for our daughters 16th. It was amazing and occupied a group of 16 year old's for hours so has to be great.

Dealing with you guys was simple and a pleasure, set up and take down was immaculate and customer service first class.

We would highly recommend you guys to friends and family.

Great hot tub package this weekend! No issues at all & so easy to use! Gazebo really strong & spacious. The added hawaii decorations made it complete. Even came with colour changing ice bucket & inflatable drinks holder. Will definitely be hiring again! Loved it thankyou!

 

Great service from start to end. My daughter had a unicorn hot tub party and it was everything that we wanted and more. We went for the package with balloons etc and found that every detail had been thought of. Great communication all round too. Would happily recommend and will definitely be hiring from Lay Z Days again.
