We ship only to:  United Kingdom, Australia, Brazil, Canada,  United states, New Zealand. 

Star cloths are only shipped to UK at the moment

CUSTOMERS MAY INCUR IMPORT CUSTOM FEES THIS IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY, NOT LAY-Z-DAYS EVENTS.

We try to keep customs fees down where necessary.  You will be notified by royal mail or fedex  via email or text if there are fees to pay.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays or Bank holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, please contact us - lay-z-days@outlook.com. We aim to respond in 24-48 hrs.  Shipping charges Vary depending on your location- see checkout page for more information on shipping fees.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes areas.

Delivery and Returns

Delivery in the UK is Free for uv stretch decor & Tapestry- we ship 2nd class royal mail please allow  5-7 days to receive your items. Keep in mind some of our uv decor items such as uv camo nets or uv tassel garlands are hand made and require a 5-7 day processing time before shipping.

UV lycra webbing stretch decor & Uv Tapestry: There is only a 1 day processing time to get your items ready for shipping- these items we keep stocked in our warehouse. we offer standard shipping 

Please keep in mind if you order items together - Items with a  5-7 day processing time and other items with a 1 day processing time -as we ship our items Free of charge, your items will be sent together in 1 parcel - if you need the decor urgent please do contact us prior to ordering.

LED Inflatable decor & Star cloths:

We offer FREE shipping via FedEx or UPS both in the Uk & internationally. We have a new partner overseas who makes the inflatables  and led star cloths & ships these straight from their warehouse.  There is a production time of 1-7 days and a delivery time of 7-15 business days. Star cloths production time 7 business days to receive.

 If you order other items  such as uv decor from our store along with led inflatables or star cloths these will arrive in 2 separate package deliveries. There may be a small customs charge to pay if so FedEx or UPS will notify you.

For the UK in general, we ship standard with Royal mail or with fedex for orders over 2kg.

We also offer Next day delivery in UK for uv webbing or uv tapestry only see product listing details to check the processing time of the item you would like to purchase.

For next day delivery option for uv tapestry or uv webbing- This is Royal mail shipping next day delivery guaranteed by 1pm if ordered by 12 noon.

International orders:
There is a 7 day processing time for all items on our site excluding uv spandex webbing decor and tapestry- these items are stocked in our warehouse and are available for next day shipping.

Check areas we ship to on the checkout page- input your postcode this will bring up a shipping charge for your state.

We offer standard international tracked Royal mail delivery service -
Royal mail say this is 7-10 working days to receive your item.
If you opt for the priority shipping option at checkout this is a faster shipping service - Royal mail say to allow 3-5 working days.
Please take into consideration international orders have to go through customs procedures .
Spain parcel are now always shipped with FedEx.

Please note if you are ordering internationally, you may need to pay customs charges when your item passes the borders - Lay-z-days are not responsible for this. or delays due to customs procedures.

The tracking number will be active within 24-72 hrs or dispatch hours.  In the event that your parcel is lost in transit Lay-z-days Events will do our best to help with the process of contacting the shipment carrier to try to locate the parcel, We ask that all customers allow 14days to investigate this. Lay-z-days Events is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
