🔁 Returns, Replacements & Damage Policy
As each inflatable is custom made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged during transit, we will of course offer a replacement or return. We will need photographic evidence of the damage and we will initiate an investigation with the courier before processing any refunds or replacements. All items are photographed and fully checked QC before leaving the factory
