📦 Customs, Duties & Import Fees

🔁 Returns, Replacements & Damage Policy
As each inflatable is custom made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged during transit, we will of course offer a replacement or return. We will need photographic evidence of the damage and we will initiate an investigation with the courier before processing any refunds or replacements. All items are photographed and fully checked QC before leaving the factory

When prepared and used in line with venue regulations, all inflatables meet general event safety requirements. It is the responsibility of the event organiser or hirer to ensure any required fire-retardant treatment and documentation is in place prior to the event.
