Please note that if you select this option, your décor must be dry cleaned exclusively to maintain fire retardancy.

Install using:
- Cable ties
- Push pins
- Small nail tacks
- Clear fishing wire
- All UV stretch decor includes a pre-cut hanging circle in each corner for easy hanging
- Stretch decor to its full capacity during installation for the best visual effect and UV impact

Suitable installation methods include:
- Small push pins
- Clear fishing wire
- Cable ties
- Pull tapestries tight for a smooth, professional look.
Safety Tips
- Always ensure fixings are secure and suitable for the surface you are attaching to
- Avoid installing decor near open flames, heaters, or high-heat lighting
- When using pins, nails, or tacks, install carefully to avoid injury
- For overhead installations, double-check all attachment points before use
- Keep decor out of walkways and exits to prevent trip hazards

Is your Lay-z-spa in need of an uplift? if so you have come to the right place!
The Lay-z-spa Pump Inspection & Diagnosis package includes:
- Full inspection of your pump & diagnosis
We collect your pump from your location (Free in the TF2, fuel charge applies for outside Tf2) we will deliver back to you after inspection.
After Collection you will get a call with 24-48hrs to discuss on the phone the fault with your pump, this is beneficial so you will know which part you need to purchase to repair your pump, please note we may not be able to repair the pump, in some circumstances you will need to get a certified electrician to do your repair.
Upon Booking online you will be asked for your email address, You will then be notified by email with available time slot for your collection, We will try our best to fit you in at your preferred time slot subject to availability.
7 days advance notice MUST be given for any cancellations or customer's will not be entitled to any refunds.

Superb! Having dealt with numerous events companies over the years I have to say my experience from start to finish was truly 5 star.
Tracy immediately made me feel at ease when she called me back regarding my online booking, even though I knew I was not booking a local company. I felt there offerings/set up were far superior to local competitors as they offered the full decoration package the party tents.
I had 40 teenagers entertained in a self contained tent which was lovely and warm ( especially as it was the coldest day of the year in minus temperatures, Friday 21st November).
The feedback from both the teenagers and parents who saw it was just simply wow!

A big thank you to Tracy and Martin. We hired a hot tub for my daughter in laws birthday. The hot tub was delivered on time, set up efficiently and expertly, all instructions handed over, but also sent a video to refer to. Great fun was had. Collected and taken down just as efficiently. I would recommend wholeheartedly.
