On the booking system you will see a drop down menu- please select your postcode from the list.

Once you have booked online you will instantly be sent a booking email confirmation

We will then be in touch 3-5 days before your hire date to allocate you a delivery & collection time slot. You will be given a 2 hr estimated time slot window for both delivery & collection, We will arrive anytime within this timeslot. All tents are almost always set up by 5pm . If you need your tent ready for a specific time please contact us prior to booking contact us

• we need a 50cm area around the tent size for anchoring be sure to measure your space prior to booking
• If you have artificial grass or patio please send us a photo of the set up area prior to booking
• Our work van is large please be sure we can access the area and we can park for set up the closer the better! if there are outside bins blocking the access way or any other obstruction please move these prior to us arriving.
• We will update you when we are headed your way via the contact number or email provided on your booking
• We are happy to work around pets, please ensure the garden is clear of pet waste prior to us arriving
• Please allow 2 hrs for set up for most tents however our larger tents can sometimes take 2.5-3 hrs
• Collection take down is faster around 40 mins
• We need someone present for delivery.
• We can collect with no one home providing you have secure side access and we dont need to go through the house.
• We monitor wind speed always if its not safe to set up we wont set up and you will be notified by us.
• If we need to cancel your hire if weather conditions are unsafe, we will of course refund your deposit or you can transfer your deposit to an alternative date

Yes.

When you book online and reach the checkout page, you will see there is either a £50 or £75 booking deposit to pay depending on your size tent chosen this is to secure your hire date.

This payment is deducted off the total balance. All booking deposits are non refundable.

Yes. On the day of hire on arrival - you will be given a clipboard from our team- this will contain your invoice & hire agreement

We will need to see photo ID & proof of delivery address, this need to be a utility bill in the same address as the party tent delivery address for our insurance purposes)

On your paper invoice given to you in your clipboard on arrival, you will see we have added £60 damages deposit to your balance - this must be paid in cash so we have it to hand to give back to you on collection. This is subject to no damages done.

Your remaining balance can be paid via Bacs, cash or there is a "pay now" button on your booking confirmation sent to you at the time of booking via email- click this on your email to pay by card. This is linked to our secure payment system.
